In this Utopian future, the FCC has decided to deal with public profanity by using a space cannon to obliterate any offender. The Pixelator leads the rebellion against the FCC by using his pixel weapon to hide offenders from the FCCs space cannon. Each day he runs through the streets pixelating any offender he sees, while avoiding the innocent.
